A dedicated SST Branch manages cashless super specialty treatment referrals for our Insured Persons (IPs) and their dependents at empaneled hospitals for services not available in this facility. Advance payments and reimbursements are processed for treatments at government hospitals. These services follow guidelines from the Headquarter Office.

Referrals mainly involve Oncology, Onco-surgery, Dialysis, Nephrology, Cardiology, and Neurology & Neurosurgery. The department works closely with the Headquarters and Directorate (Medical) Delhi. Issues with UTI software and ERP were addressed and shared with other ESIC hospitals in Delhi NCR for implementation.

The Referral Cell has streamlined the referral process, with a six-member committee ensuring daily document review, patient counseling, and smooth referrals. IPs are also referred to other ESIC hospitals in Delhi NCR for various treatments, reducing referral numbers. Secondary referrals are minimized, except in critical cases requiring ventilator support.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
